Jiangxi Hongtai New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Hongtai New Energy”), established on April 29, 2021 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Zunchuang New Energy Co., Ltd. and part of Shenzhen Hongnuo New Energy Group. The company is headquartered at No.1 Jin’an East Road, Xiangtun Sulfur Chemical Industrial Park, Dexing City, Jiangxi Province, with Mr. Weirlee serving as the legal representative.

 

As the trading and marketing platform of Zunchuang New Energy within the new energy industry chain, Hongtai New Energy focuses on market development, trade circulation, and supply chain integration in the bioenergy and petroleum products sector. Leveraging the technological expertise and industrial resources of its parent company in the field of second-generation bio-diesel, the company is committed to bridging the gap between feedstock procurement-production- end-markets, delivering high-quality energy products and services.

Development History


2020-2021


Hydrodeoxygenation–hydroisomerization process tests were conducted on a self‑built pilot plant, resulting in the development of core technologies for a one‑step hydrogenation process to produce biodiesel with high cetane number and low pour point, along with an improved design.

2018-2019


The Qingdao Research Institute of CNOOC was commissioned to conduct pilot tests on the hydrodeoxygenation process, resulting in a 200,000‑ton‑per‑year hydrodeoxygenation technology for producing pure hydrocarbon biodiesel, and design work has been initiated.

2017-2018


The Changling Research Institute was commissioned to conduct process trials, resulting in a 200,000‑ton‑per‑year fluidized catalytic cracking process for producing pure hydrocarbon biodiesel, which has since been implemented in Dexing, Jiangxi.

2014-2015


A 6,000‑ton‑per‑year pilot-scale fluid catalytic cracking unit has been constructed in the Guangming New District of Shenzhen, producing first‑generation and 1.5‑generation biodiesel.

2012-2014


After two years of research and development, we successfully scaled laboratory‑scale technology to small‑batch production capacity of 5 tons, producing first‑generation biodiesel.
